希望有一个用于创建和编辑规则组、规则的组件，用于方便的定义一些规则。

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

1.可以创建规则组，规则组下可以有多条规则。

2.规则组之间可以设置且/或的关系，规则之间也可以设置且/或的关系。

3.筛选规则字段可以选择字段的清单，
4.选择条件可以是：包含、不包含、等于、不等于、为空、不为空、大于、小于、大于等于、小于等于、in。

5.如果字段是日期/时间字段，那么 条件取值，可以是日期/时间控件来选择。

6.取值，希望能够取定值，也可以取变量。
