Often people have questions about the rationale for choices in the config generator's configs.

How about we add a toggle switch that either adds or removes comments in the config with rationales for every setting?

It's possible these rationale comments should all reference anchor tags in the wiki page since I suspect rationales should all be in the wiki

I think a link to the wiki for rationales is fine: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Server_Side_TLS

It can be very noisy in the middle of the config to try to explain the history of changes and nuances of configuring server applications.
