Which library I need to link with to have strsignal?

Which library I need to link with to have strsignal? Please help. Thank you.

If you want to compile the program for native Windows platform you need to port the code to use native Win32 APIs. strsignal is in Linux platform https://www.man7.org/linux/man-pages/man3/strsignal.3.html
