Double precision (int64, integer-8, LONGLONG), i8 repo

For a certain FEM program, it needs several packages with double precision, like:
OpenBLAS (BINARY=64, INTERFACE64=1), scotch (INTSIZE64, IDXSIZE64), starpu, parsec, metis, pastix (PASTIX_INT64=ON), arpack

Must I have such packages locally (only) or is there any possibility to add such versions to the repository?

I think to add mingw-w64-openblas-int64, this version only differs in the PKGBUILD file, can I use the patch files from the mainline somehow?
