Steps to reproduce

Steps:

  1. Open the Figma file: MUI for Figma v6.1.0 - Material UI
  2. Go to the DataGrid page and you will find the with switches instead of checkboxes
  3. Go to the same component on the mui documentation
  4. You will see it uses checkboxes, and there is no easy way, like a property, to change it by switches

Thank you for reporting this, you are correct, there is a inconsistency here.
