How to take Windows Build?

Dear Mumble community members,
I am trying to build and get Murmur server exe and Mumble -Client exe.
I have tried the way mentioned in "https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/blob/master/docs/dev/build-instructions/README.md"
but I couldn't take release.

I am using
OS : Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit (10.0,Bulid 18363)
IDE: visual Studio 2022
and installed needed plugins and dependencies that was asked by cmd.

but I am not clear about OS ,IDE and plugins.

so tell me,
what are all the Hardware and Software requirements needed to build ?.

I need detailed step by step document/video tutorial to build server and client application.
I am awaiting for your valuable reply

sorry for writing again here.
I have been checking the linked issue. Now the issue status in "Draft".
so I just want to know the issue has closed..? shall I get again source code and try to build?

No - the issue is still open. There is a draft PR (created by me) but before that has been merged (which will close the issue) the problem will persist.

Ffs you start getting on my nerves. I know that the PR is still in draft state. The PR requires more than only changing the URL but I currently don't have the time to do the other stuff. I will do it eventually but it certainly doesn't help if you keep nagging here.
If you want the process to be finished sooner, feel free to hand in a PR with the fix yourself.
