Create a docker-compose setup guide for murmur on the main page, this would help simplify the install for a lot of people who want to install a container based version of murmur using docker-compose.yaml

I've never used docket-compose in my life but if someone feels like contributing a guide (to the wiki?) I would happily accept it.
