document what log is written to on apoc.log*

Expected Behavior (Mandatory)

moreso a documentation issue but can we update https://neo4j.com/labs/apoc/4.0/overview/apoc.log/ and whereever else these procs are referenced to include detail that the 'log' in question is the Neo4j logs\debug.log and that although the stored proc might report success the conf/neo4j.conf describes the types of messages which are eligible for logging through parameter https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/reference/configuration-settings/#config_dbms.logs.debug.level

APOC core only has apoc.log.stream, which has had its docs updated since this :)
