NiSourceTexture on export gets exported with Format Prefs of

Pixel Layout: LAY_PALETTIZED_8 (this is definitively wrong)
Use Mipmaps: MIP_FMT_DEFAULT (this shouldn't cause anything to break)
Alpha Format: ALPHA_DEFAULT

when Oblivion uses

Pixel Layout: LAY_DEFAULT
Use Mipmaps: MIP_FMT_YES
Alpha Format: ALPHA_DEFAULT

nearly everywhere

This probably also happens for other games that use NiSourceTexture, not just Oblivion.
