Workitem Process creating empty workitems

I am trying to migrate around 1600 workitems and when the migration is completed, Its creating empty workitems. Why this happens and how can I compare which workitems these are to compare with source

The most likley reason is configuration. Do you have a bunch fieldmapps in the config?

Which version of the tool are you using? Some of the error you are getting have been fixed.

For example it should not be posible to get a "This path is not anchored in the source project name: MWAnalyticsAegis" any more.

You may then have hit some edge case. It's likely that the tool is cracking between creating the work item and saving it.

I really don't see how this occurs, but I guess it must...

I can't replicate this locally. It needs someone with the issue to run a migration in Visual studio and see what the issue is ..
