Turns out the security on the project was a mess resulting in the work item not being accessible to the account running the migration, however being able to skip such links would be a useful feature. |

I'm unable to copy & paste from environment with error. Using standard WorkItemMigrationConfig.

What happened?
In Azure DevOps, the source work item shows the bad link on the links tab with an error "(!) #123 Related link could not be read". Obviously, a platform data error. But the code should (either by default or by configuration option) skip the bad related link and continue. I'll delete the bad link as a work around but reporting this so you can improve the product.
