Deployment walk-through and production runs #114

Can we schedule a walk through of exactly how to deploy changes and run the playbooks so everyone is able to do it? I would love for each person actually deploy once in production.

One thing I've been thinking about is eliminating manual deploys and moving things to a CI/CD pipeline. This way no humans are harmed in the deploy process. 😸

@SuperQ How do you feel about CI/CD at this stage? We can find enterprising hackers to implement it, they are everywhere.
