Deploy new website to noisebridge.org

We have a new website design to publish. This site will be published on noisebridge.org.

@elimisteve Can you prep a PR to deploy the new site in a virtualenv, you can follow the style of roles/pydonate.

What else is needed to make this happen? We really want to roll it out. @SuperQ could you please just make it so as Steve is not available, or probably not clear on next steps.

Cool, @marcoedu just told me today that he is fine just deploying to https://test.noisebridge.info or a similar *.info subdomain right away via nginx so we can start bug testing it immediately. Hopefully we'll sort out *.org transfer soon.
