Create a Chocolatey package for this application: Create Package

EDIT: Package
It was here since the beginning.

What makes the feature necessary?
Makes it simpler for Chocolatey users to install and update notion-enhancer.

How would the feature work?
Chocolatey is the most popular windows package manager.
Chocolatey users would be able to simply run something like 'choco install notion-enhancer' to install this application.

Since the package already exists, can you close this issue now?

@sitiom that package isn't maintained by us and doesn't match the current release of the notion-enhancer. at some point I'll see if we can get the rights to it.
