Where you get the link? We don't have Discord server anymore and the link already removed from the README.

As far as I know, they don't host a website currently. You probably went to an unofficial one.

Devs, may I suggest that you add a section in the README, that you don't currently have a website?
Unless, of course, I'm wrong, and you do have a site?

We have one but it is outdated. I guess it should be better to take it down until we are ready for end-users.
