Currently (0.0.10) the user can change a page's background template from within a notebook, but can not change the default background for new pages. To do so, he must exit the notebook. Please expose the option to change the default background template for new pages (in the notebook).

When doing so, a button to update all extant pages that are currently using the default background (in the notebook) to the new default background would be very, very helpful.

I am not sure how to tackle the update of pages using the default but adding a checkbox when changing the template to decide if it should be the ne notebook's default should be pretty straightforward. Let me see when I get some time.

Maybe multiple checkmarks:

[] Make default for new pages
[] Update all pages currently using default template
[] Update all pages including those with custom templates

I certainly would use the first two options often.
