udev ruleを見直し、orne_or_manipulator_driverでのusb参照先も書き換えたが問題解決はしなかった |
事象の確認踏んだ手順を以下に示す。

テレオペで台車を動かしながらrvizでアームの関節に目標角度を指定して動作させたところ、台車の方が動作しなくなった。その後テレオペを再ローンチしたら台車はまた動くようになった。
