New carriers in pypsa-eur

There are two new carriers in the latest pypsa-eur version we are using: "solar_hsat" and "offwind_float".
We need to decide if we want to consider them.

I aggregated all wind-offshore carriers to one, so offwind_float is now part of wind_offshore. That means that the capacity will be distributed to our default-not-floating offshore parks. Do you think that is fine?
Solar-hsat is still in there. I can aggregate it with either solar or solar_rooftop - do you know which one would fit better?

I would add Solar-hsat to solar since it is a horizontal tracking technique which is usually applied for ground mounted pv plants.
