Two issues in the measure toolbox #1

While I was translating the measure toolbox I made a few observations:

Delete measurements does not ask user to verify even there is a message for that in the keys
Measure area begins as a "draw polygon" but after the first measurement is turns into "draw rectangle". Translations seem to have also a key for "measure rectangle" but UI does not support that.
