Chat reloaded for every page visited by visitor ?

Hello,

I just make a fresh install of Livehelperchat on DigitalOcean.
During my tests, I noticed that each time , I start a conversation with a visitor if he changed the page, the conversation is lost.
Is it normal ?

I see my issue, i did not put the good domain in the snippet.
