In browser recommendations, you have recommended Tor browser as general recommendations. We know it's not on iOS and Onion Browser exists on iOS, with some security issues. So shouldn't it be mentioned in the Tor General Recommendation card with warning?

I recall it was already recommended by the past on it.
I'll say the major reason to not recommend it, is that it breaks the common fingerprint most Tor Browser have on the tor network, not only for being a mobile web browser (including with the screen resolution, touch screen controls and all), but even more with the fact that it is limited to using the WebKit framework as explained at the start of the Mobile recommendation list.
