Still Fetching Packages from Old Uplink Source after Switching

Describe the bug
I've set up a private npm registry using Verdaccio (version 5.5.0) and attempted to change the default uplink source. According to the official documentation, Verdaccio should prioritize fetching packages from the local repository and then check the upstream source if needed. However, I've encountered an issue: despite updating the configuration of the uplink source, Verdaccio seems to continue fetching packages primarily from the old uplink source instead of the new one.
