Several submenus visible when iterating through menu items via Tab key

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the link mentined above
2. Press Tab key until Style menu item is active, note its sumbenu becomes visible:
   
3. Press Tab key four more times until Miscellaneous menu item is active

Actual behavior

Both Style and Miscellaneous menu items are displayed as active.
Submenus for both items are visible.

Expected behavior

Only Miscellaneous menu item is active and its sumbenu is visible only.

Possible solution

None.
