When performing an update, a new Ansible Galaxy release is not made due to the issue with ansible-doc being unable to perform its function (ref. run https://github.com/paritytech/ansible-polkadot/actions/runs/12373126227/job/34533817973).

Fix the issue by providing viable documentation to the filter.
