La titolarità dei file relativi ai prodotti delle due convenzioni (Magic1 e Magic2) tra il Dipartimento della protezione civile della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri e l’Istituto di Geologia Ambientale e Geoingegneria del Consiglio Nazionale delle Risorse è in generale del Dipartimento della protezione civile con licenza CC BY 4.0.
Nell'ambito della convenzione Magic1 la titolarità dei prodotti dei fogli in area Ligure è del Dipartimento della protezione civile della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri e dell’Unità di Ricerca Multidisciplinare Laboratoire Géoazur (con sede a Valbonne in Francia) con licenza CC BY 4.0 (https://github.com/pcm-dpc/MaGIC/blob/master/LICENSE-ccby4.0).
Nell'ambito della convenzione Magic2 i prodotti della linea di attività 4 “Digitalizzazione dei grafici di scandagliamento nella fascia batimetrica 0-50 m per 18 fogli MaGIC”, la titolarità dei relativi prodotti è del Dipartimento della protezione civile della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri e dell’Istituto Idrografico della Marina con licenza CC BY NC ND 4.0 (https://github.com/pcm-dpc/MaGIC/blob/master/LICENSE-ccbyncnd4.0).

The ownership of the files relating to the products of the two agreements (Magic1 and Magic2) between the Department of Civil Protection of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Institute of Environmental Geology and Geoengineering of the National Resources Council is in general of the Department of Civil Protection with CC BY 4.0 license.
As part of the Magic1 convention, ownership of the sheet products in the Ligurian area belongs to the Department of Civil Protection of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Multidisciplinary Research Unit Laboratoire Géoazur (based in Valbonne in France) with CC BY 4.0 license ( https://github.com/pcm-dpc/MaGIC/blob/master/LICENSE-cc-by-4.0).
As part of the Magic2 convention, the products of activity line 4 "Digitization of sounding graphs in the bathymetric band 0-50 m for 18 MaGIC sheets", the ownership of the relative products belongs to the Civil Protection Department of the Prime Minister's Office and of the Hydrographic Institute of the Navy with CC BY NC ND 4.0 license (https://github.com/pcm-dpc/MaGIC/blob/master/LICENSE-cc-by-nc-nd-4.0).
