First prototype of the extension, blocks video recommendations on the video page and recommendations for videos, posts and mix playlists on the main page.

Known bugs:

• styling is not applied on same-page navigation, so sometimes the page has to be reloaded for the addon to work
• playlist recommendations are not blocked on the video page
