[PM-1886] Recommendations for new Pegasus-Status CLI tool

@papajim would like to see job information in the tree structure returned.
also add relative dirs in the output for the sub workflows.

@vahi I will add different ways of showing the relative dirs for sub workflows and will post screenshots here too

@papajimUnderstood, will return a machine readable format (using JSON for now) for a superset-structure containing all job infos

@papajim I have added the condor jobs' attributes in the JSON structure(pic superset_structure), which is machine readable (the pic uses json.dumps() to show the returned value). Wf-uuid is the key for each dictionary in it, I will add dagnames to condor_jobs too for better coherence. Do let me know if any more Job attributes need to be added. Thanks.
