Create a dashboard to keep track of content based on UDL parameters. This becomes important as the enforcement layer is created for UDL.

Filter content by types of UDL (use the same parameters as the default upload tags)
For Licensor - Show payment history, recurring payments, royalties, payment method, term and termination
For Licensee - Show payment history, recurring payments to creators, payment method, term and termination
