Card control buttons on top of the card

Loved the improvement for the mobile version, but there's one thing that may need some tweaking. The card control buttons are fine on the bottom of the comment when there'd not a lot of comments, but if the card has a long comment history, there's almost no chance of getting to them. May be placing them just above the comment input field would solve the issue. Thanks in advance
