Dynamic "highlighting negative values" variant

Hey everyone. I'm trying to implement something like

The main difference is that the threshold can be a dynamic Line on the chart.

So imagine a secondaryLine on the chart. Wherever the mainLine is below secondary, it's red, and if it's above, green.
