Describe the bug

the https://postalserver.io/config-v2 link is a 404

To Reproduce

1. Run a 3.x version of postal using the v1 config
2. See logs
3. Open the link from the log
4. See 404

Expected behaviour

The link shows useful information

What should the link point to? IMO it should point to a migration guide. The closest thing I could find to that in the docs was: https://docs.postalserver.io/getting-started/configuration#legacy-configuration, would that be ok?

Wouldn't it be easier to add a redirect to the docs on the server side under the existing link?

I presume @adamcooke messed it up a little, could always wait for his reply but I think that link is a good one to use. At least it gets people to a working subdomain 😅

@willpower232 I just added the redirect to the docs, so even the old postal version with the un-updated link can access a new page.

Unfortunately postalserver.io !== docs.postalserver.io so it is at least 50% of the answer 😅
