Comfyui loading very long time after fresh install pythongosssss/ComfyUI-Custom-Scripts

hello,
I just did fresh install Comfyui today, only have custom manager, and just installed fresh pythongosssss/ComfyUI-Custom-Scripts

when refresh Comfyui again it stuck at opening page. (a circle spinning)
