为了加快运行速度，我将System_init.m中的N改为6，M改为2，G改为3。同时将main_BellmanFord.m中的flag_bell的迭代次数改为10，结果输出打印的Average Total Delay并不随着迭代次数的增加而逐渐减小，这是为什么呢？
