Kubernetes Dev Services

I am currently using KIND and have it set within applicaion.properties.

quarkus.kubernetes-client.devservices.flavor=kind
quarkus.kubernetes-client.devservices.api-version=1.22

The Cluster appears to be spinning up correctly watching the logs in podman.
How can I get the .conf file so I can use kubectl to interact with the cluster while It is running?
Is there further documentation on how to make changes to the cluster, IE, I want to add services to the cluster {loki} when starting the cluster from Dev Services.
