Quarkus Live Reload in nested directories

Hi,
how can I achieve Live-Reload in nested project-structures?

This won't work anymore.
... I want to organize the modules a little bit better, Live Reload is not triggered bei changes in demo-lib or demo-core while running demo-service.

Any ideas how to fix this and is this possible, even when the sub-projects have differen parent POMs? :)
