checkboxes don't react

Hi, using Chrome checkboxes are i place but need to be clicked several times .. and even then they aren't checked but you see a check flashing up for a moment .. doesn't stick though.

Thanks for this plugin .. but is there a way to remedy?

I've just installed this plugin today and have the same problem. If I put the grid in Edit mode then click the checkbox, it briefly flashes up a tick before returning to empty. If I keep clicking it alternates between doing nothing & flashing a tick. Apex 5.1.4 on Chrome.
