Decoupler track not allways decoupling loco from cart.

Description of the Bug

Having a loco pass a active decupler is not always decouple the loco from the tank cart.

1.20.x

NeoForge/Forge version

47.1.63

To Reproduce

Having a loco with three tank carts passing a decoupler track that is actived by a loco detecter.
I have it going back and forrth.
I coupled the carts using a auto-coupler and then have pass a non active auto-coupler to disable it.
I have try with manual coupling the carts.
Loco was moving as is slowest speed.
Sometimes it will decouple only the loco.
Somethimes it will decouple the loco and the next cart, leaving the last to carts coupled.
Sometimes it will not decouple any carts.

Expected behavior

When the loco passes the deoupler it should only decoupple the loco.

Tryed the provided version, Getting the same results.

try creating a new train and repeat the test

Was only only able to quickly test, and could not see any differnce. Will do more testing after work.
