Description of the Bug

minecarts will explode if they are many on one rail

1.1.8

NeoForge/Forge version

47.3.0

Minecraft version

1.20.1

Minecraft server

Yes

To Reproduce

place 1 rail
place ~10 minecarts
watch it explode

Expected behavior

allowed to place 24 minecarts without explosion
