希望支持文件日志路径为项目根目录下相对路径的配置 #107

虽然日志路径的配置中有rootPath参数，但是它是一个绝对路径，对于多个人同时开发不太友好（每个人的项目路径都不同），希望支持文件日志路径为项目根目录下相对路径的配置
