Handling packages whose setup.py depends on other packages

I see this in my Renovate Dependency Dashboard:

Renovate failed to look up the following dependencies: Failed to look up pypi package xformers.

Renovate fails because xformers's setup.py requires torch: https://github.com/facebookresearch/xformers/blob/v0.0.28/setup.py#L24-L31

It would be cool if Renovate could somehow understand this failure, install torch to the env, and re-run without a failure
