When manually checking checkboxes on the Dependency Dashboard, the PRs seem to be created immediately.

There should be a way to defer these to off hours so that our CI pipeline does not get overloaded.
The current scheduling options seem to apply to regularly scheduled updates. There should be a way to make the scheduling apply to the dependency dashboard as well.
