So, I'm trying to use Renovate on my Forgejo instance. I'm using autodiscoverTopics to only discover repositories tagged with renovate. However, in practice, it appears that Renovate is only autodiscovering repositories under the CoastalCommits organization (the organization containing the renovate-config repository, and not all repositories on the instance. I did an api query (https://www.coastalcommits.com/api/v1/repos/search?q=renovate&topic=true) with the same api key that Renovate is configured to use, and another repository with the renovate topic appears there.

So I figured it out! Turns out, Renovate makes an API query to Forgejo that filters with uuid. To fix my issue, I just had to add the Renovate bot as a collaborator on all of the repositories I want Renovate to check.
