Renovate can no longer update Mix dependencies in my project using Elixir 1.18.1.

It responds to PRs with an "Artifact update problem" that contains the following error message:

File name: mix.lock

Command failed: install-tool elixir v1.18.1

From the Renovate debug messages, I noticed that Renovate tries to install Elixir via the following link https://github.com/elixir-lang/elixir/releases/download/v1.18.1/elixir-otp-25.zip, but this link returns a 404 Not found because Elixir 1.18.1 does not provide downloads for OTP-25 anymore. You have to use OTP-26 or OTP-27 (see https://github.com/elixir-lang/elixir/releases/tag/v1.18.1)

you need to wait for latest containerbase image bubble. it has a fix for missing erlang 25 build of elixir 1.18.1
