Cannot connect with a mobile browser on server

Summary

Running my application on my localhost or through Ngrok gives me a fully working appkit where I am able to connect to the app on a standard mobile browser with walletconnect.

When giving the files to my developer and allowing him to run the app on his server I am unable to connect to the appkit with any wallet through a standard mobile browser, it hangs on load and the prompt to select your installed wallet does not appear.

I'm not sure what it could be, Ive checked Project ID is verified
