How to use properly refresh access token

Hi,
I'm using gmail-tester and I need to refresh the access token, but when I use the function it requires to authorize the app by visiting the google url. Is there a way to avoid this?

You need to login first with your browser, save the access token if I remember correctly to the file on S3 together with the refresh token and then it should work!
