YT downloader

Given an YT url like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCeT_plID5Y it will extract the Background image used for this music.

Usage

node index.js https://www.youtube.com/watch\?v\=jCeT_plID5Y

Then look into the ./images folder.
