Pi-hole API Changes: FTL 5.20, Web 5.18

A recent update to the Pi-hole JSON API required a change to the way status and summaryRaw were handled, and these endpoints now require authorisation.

The munin-pihole-plugins plugin pihole_ has been updated accordingly, and releases have been made to the development and master branches as 09.02.00 and 08.02.00 respectively.

At this point both branches are in parity and there's absolutely no difference between the two besides the branch names. The plugin has been stable for quite some time, and the installation and management script has been stable... enough, for several moons now also.

This may however change now that my focus is directed here once again.
