Describe the bug
Maestral is trying to sync hidden system files like '.Spotlight-V100' folder.

To Reproduce
Syncing several Dropbox Team folders, Local storage location is an external drive

Expected behaviour
to ignore system files beginning with '.'

System:

Maestral version: 1.9.3
Python version: 3.9.6
OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5
Desktop environment: n/a
PyQt version (for Linux GUI): n/a
