Why not block the creation of a category with the same name as an existing one ?

Hey @EGiorgisCPNV,
Thanks for this suggestion! It totally make sense because 2 categories with the same names are not humanly identifiable so this situation should be avoided. Actually it's the same problem with the name of the links. That should be unique too.
I will code this in a few days and let you know when I'm done.
