How to remove the ruling lines and other non-text foreground objects in the pre-processing?

@saqib22 Thanks for releasing the codes! As mentioned in the paper that "the images are first cleaned up by removing the ruling lines and other non-text foreground objects." However, I cannot find the corresponding processing in the provided pre-processing scripts. I don't know whether the pre-processing scripts are incomplete.
